About Us
Francesca Molinaro
Founder & Principal
Francesca’s passion is to help leaders and organizations grow and thrive. She specializes in strategic diversity and inclusion (D&I), leadership coaching, training and facilitation and organizational development.
She is the former D&I Leader for the Inter-American Development Bank and management consultant that has worked for over 18 years with leaders and organizations in the private and non-profit sectors.
Her work experiences span over 12 countries in the Americas, Africa, the Middle East and Western and Central Europe. These experiences have given her a deep understanding of working cross-culturally with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Francesca holds Masters Degrees from both the London School of Economics and George Washington University. She completed her Bachelor of Arts Degree (Hons.) at the University of Toronto. She is completing her Certificate in Leadership Coaching at Georgetown University.
Francesca was founding member and former Board Chair of the first public charter school for girls in the District of Columbia.She is married to her husband Clark and is proud mother of daughters Lauren and Stella.
